  • The Crème de la Crème package is designed for the most pampered and luxurious kitties. Your cat will enjoy an abundance of extra attention and personalized care. This package includes everything from the Standard Kitty and Personality Kitty packages, such as a multi-tiered suite, cozy blankets, a comfy armchair, hiding boxes, a scratching post, a litter tray, and access to our specially designed “kitty gym” and sunroom.

    In addition to these amenities, your cat will be upgraded to one of our larger, premium suites for maximum comfort and space. They’ll receive extra one-on-one time with our attentive staff, ensuring their every whim and need are met. From additional interactive play sessions to cozy cuddle time and even more access to the fireplace beds in the sunroom, this package guarantees the ultimate luxurious vacation for your feline companion.

STANDARD KITTY SUITE

  • Your cat will enjoy a multi-tiered suite complete with cozy blankets, a comfortable armchair, hiding boxes, a scratching post, and a litter tray. They’ll also have access to our specially designed “kitty gym” and sunroom. The kitty gym is purpose-built with cats in mind and features cat trees, climbing frames, kitty hammocks, interactive toys, and cozy beds near the fireplace for the perfect catnap. While you're away, you can rest assured that your cat will have a truly "pawesome" vacation!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Guests are required to prepay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations are credited to your customer account for future use, and the credit does not expire.

Cats must have current Rabies (Not required until they are 4 months old) and FVRCP vaccinations. Please upload a photo or PDF of your cat’s vaccination record to their online profile before arrival.

Our kitty area is located upstairs, separate from the dogs, with individual multi-level suites, a kitty gym and sunroom. We take every reasonable precaution to keep our feline guests safe and comfortable.

Owners are responsible for any veterinary costs resulting from injury, illness or underlying health conditions. Please include medications, veterinary instructions and special care requirements in your pet’s profile.

Please bring your cat’s regular food and medications. We provide litter, dishes and bedding.

*Early Drop off can be prearranged on weekdays between 6:15 am and 7 am with permission and instruction.

EARLY/ LATE CHECK-IN/OUT:

If you need to check your cat in or out outside of opening hours there is an additional $60 fee. Please make the team aware and we will try our best to accommodate you.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Payment is required in full at the time of booking, and once paid, the reservation is confirmed. Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if you are unable to keep your reservation for any reason, we will happily provide a credit for future use. This policy helps us avoid last-minute cancellations or no-shows, which could otherwise prevent another cat from enjoying our unique cattery experience due to perceived full capacity.

SHUTTLE BETWEEN GTA & MUSKOKA

Meet the shuttle at Ikea Vaughan :

  • $440.00 round trip

  • $225.00 one-way

The shuttle runs Mondays and Thursdays but can be scheduled for Wednesdays, Fridays or Saturdays by special request & with an additional $40 charge.

DOOR-TO-DOOR PICKUP SERVICE

The shuttle comes to your house (max 3hr drive from resort)
